It’s official! Lowndes High School has won a DREAM PROM, thanks to JC Penney! …And if you think you spotted some Vikings on GMA3 today, you did!
Good Morning America Hour 3 visited LHS when we were named a finalist to learn more about who the Vikings are. They were greeted by students for Welcome Wednesday, made a stop at the Crimson Cafe, observed classrooms, and were even treated to a performance by the Viking Steel group. It is no surprise that they quickly decided that our students deserved the prom of their dreams.

We are looking forward to our visit from GMA3 this morning! The announcement on the winner of the JC Penney Dream Prom giveaway will be aired on ABC (Channel 27) at 1:00 pm.
