It is the policy of Lowndes County Athletics to live stream regular season home events that are sell outs. It is now apparent the Lowndes vs Valdosta game on November 1, 2024 will be a sellout and this game will be streamed live. The streaming is made possible by Dr. Matt North and the LHS Technology Student Association (TSA). Please use the following link for accessing the streaming of the game.

The cost of the live stream will be $29.00. Viewers will want to visit the site before kickoff, register and follow the easy instructions required to order the game. The link is live now and fans can purchase it at any time. The stream will go live at ~7:30 pm.

There have been many individuals at Lowndes High School who have been impacted by Hurricane Helene. In order to help those affected, the Class of 2025 would like your help. We are asking that you bring an individually wrapped snack. This would be an item that you would like to eat. For example, Little Debbie’s, Gold Fish, Chips, Granola Bars, Crackers just to name a few. You can also earn 1 community service hour for every 24 snacks that you donate for a maximum of 4 hours. We will be collecting through the month of October. You can drop off your snacks to Mrs. Steel, Mrs. Croft, Mrs. Hatton or Mrs. Inman. #BetterTogether

Ms. Mitchell's American Literature classes at LHS discussed how often amazing art is inspired by challenges, and beauty comes from darkness. They composed poetic reflections of their Hurricane Helene memories to document this chapter in their personal history. #BetterTogether
